💉 Action Required: Student Vaccine Clinic – May 4th

Dear Central Heights Parents and Guardians,
Central Heights ISD will be hosting a student vaccine clinic on Monday, May 4, 2026, starting at 8:30 AM. This clinic is a convenient way to ensure your student is up-to-date on required immunizations for the upcoming school year and college.
Important Information by Grade Level:
- Incoming 7th Graders (Current 6th Graders): The MCV4 and Tdap vaccines are both required for entry into 7th grade. The HPV vaccine is also available as an option.
- Seniors: The MCV4 (Meningitis) vaccine is required by most colleges. The Men B (2-shot series) is also available; please check your specific college’s requirements.
How to Register:
To participate, you must register your student by the deadline of May 1, 2026.- Register Online: Sign up via the Aurora Concepts Consent Form
- Paper Forms: Hard copies of consent forms (English and Spanish) are available at the school office if you do not have internet access.
Cost and Insurance:
- All insurance policies will be verified. Please include your insurance details in the online link.
- No Insurance:Â $10 per shot (for students up to 18 years old).
- Adults (19+): Self-pay adult prices apply.
