Dear CHHS Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to invite you to join us in celebrating our students’ achievements at the upcoming End-of-Year Awards Ceremonies. Your support means so much to our students as we recognize their accomplishments.
🎓 Awards Schedule – Tuesday, May 20th

• Senior Awards & Scholarships Ceremony – 9:30 AM
• 9th–11th Grade Awards Ceremony – 2:30 PM
  
  

To ensure the safety of all guests and students, all visitors are required to check in through our Raptor Security System upon arrival. This process includes scanning a valid driver’s license.

To help expedite the check-in process, we strongly encourage all parents and guardians who plan to attend to pre-register using the form linked below.

📅 Pre-check will close on Monday, May 19th at 12:00 PM (noon).
🔒 All submitted information will remain confidential and will only be used for pre-screening through our standard Raptor Safety System.
🚪 Guest Entry: All visitors will enter through the front of Central Heights High School.
✅ Visitors who complete the pre-check will be able to sign in more quickly upon arrival.
❗ Those who do not pre-register will need to complete the full screening process at check-in.
📸 All visitors — pre-registered or not — must present a valid driver’s license to enter campus.
